Lincolnshire Town Bus Fares
Bus journeys within some Lincolnshire towns are now capped at £1.50, making everyday travel more affordable.
From Monday 8th December 2025 the adult single fare on journeys within Louth, Mablethorpe and Boston will cost just £1.50 which is half the price of the national fare cap.
The £1.50 Town Bus Fare is available on the following services operated by P. C Coaches of Lincoln:
- N1, N2, N3, N4, N5 & N6 on the whole route
- 38 within Louth only
- 50 & 50A within Louth or Mablethorpe only
- 55 within Boston only including Pilgrim Hospital
This initiative has been introduced by Lincolnshire County Council and is being funded with Government’s Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) funding.
From the start of next week, there’s no need to worry about parking when you go Christmas shopping, just hop on the bus and let someone else drive you into town.
The new fare scheme is being introduced intime to encourage people to use the bus and support our town centres in the run up until Christmas, and will run until 31st March 2027.
