MONDAY We journey to Cheshire, taking a break in Matlock Bath en route before arriving at the hotel for our four night stay.
TUESDAY An excursion to Chester today (included within package price). Enjoy time at leisure to explore Chester, with its array of unique double decker architectural design, the largest Roman amphitheatre in the UK, and a 1000 year old Medieval cathedral. We return to the hotel mid afternoon.
WEDNESDAY An optional excursion to Trentham Gardens. Embrace the peace in these award-winning gardens where you can explore vast perennial plantings, Italian Gardens, Rivers of Grass and a Floral Labyrinth or perhaps take a stroll beside the Capability Brown Lake. In addition there is also the large Garden Centre and Shopping Village comprising 80 timber lodges offering a unique shopping experience bursting with inspiration for all. (NB: this excursion is £15 per person for entry into Trentham Gardens and subject to minimum numbers; please state your interest at the time of booking.)
THURSDAY A day at leisure to relax and enjoy some of the many activities on offer.
FRIDAY We travel home taking a break in Buxton en-route.
