Safeguarding at P. C. Coaches
In time for the new school year, P. C. Coaches of Lincoln Ltd has updated its Safeguarding Policy, reinforcing our commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who travels with us.
Every day, we carry thousands of children and young people on our home-to-school, college and local bus services, and safeguarding remains at the heart of how we operate.
Our updated policy provides clear guidance for drivers and other employees on recognising safeguarding concerns, responding appropriately and ensuring that concerns are reported through the correct channels.
The policy also reflects the particular responsibilities involved in providing school and college transport, including services which operate as registered local bus services and may also be used by members of the general public.
We carry thousands of children and young people every week and take that responsibility extremely seriously. Our updated policy ensures our employees have clear guidance on what to look out for, what to do if they have a concern and, most importantly, how we can all play our part in keeping our passengers safe.”
The updated Safeguarding Policy forms part of our continuing commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, training and passenger care across P. C. Coaches of Lincoln Ltd.
