Bus Service Changes From Monday 27th July 2026
We are making some changes to our local bus network from Monday 27th July 2026 including improvements to our timetables for services 24, 50 & 50A along with changes to the Louth Nipper.
Service 24 - Louth to Horncastle via Tetford, Belchford & Ashby
We are pleased to inform our customers that we will now be operating service 24 6 days a week Monday to Saturday, with an improved timetable and a dedicated team of drivers from our Horncastle Depot.
You can download your copy of the new timetable here.
Service 50 - Lincoln to Louth & Mablethorpe via Lincoln County Hospital & Wragby
On the back of growing customer numbers and our recent investment of almost £600K in two brand new British built Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 double decker buses we are delighted to be able to introduce an improved timetable with more direct buses connecting City, County & Coast and no need to change buses at Louth onto the CallConnect.

Service 50A - Louth to Mablethorpe via Manby
To compliment the improvements being mad to service 50 we are pleased to also be able to introduce a revised timetable for service 50A with additional journeys on a Saturday afternoon offering our customers a consistent timetable 6 days a week.

Louth Nippers
In October 2026 we introduced an enhanced timetable on our Louth Nipper which included 3 additional Nipper routes around the town which were financially supported by Lincolnshire County Council.
Unfortunely despite the best efforts of our local team at Louth these extra Nipper routes have not carried the number of people needed to make them financially viable, so therefore we regret that Nippers N4, N5 & N6 will no longer operate after Saturday 25th July 2026.
However, there were some areas on these routes that were used so from Monday 27th July 2026 we will be making some small changes to Nippers N1, N2 & N3.
Service N1
Will be renumbered service 40 and will now additionally serve Pasture Drive, Eresbie Road & Barley Drive.
Service N2
Will be renumbered service 41 with no changes to the route.
Service N3
Will be renumbered service 42 and will now serve Louth County Hospital instead of the proposed TESCO site at Northfields.

All of these services are included in the Government's Bus Fare Cap Scheme, meaning that adult single fares are capped at just £3*. In addition, all single fares for journeys within Louth and Mablethorpe are capped at just £1.50 as part of Lincolnshire County Council's Town Fare Scheme, making local bus travel even more affordable
We would like to thank all our customers for their loyalty and support and look forward to welcoming you on board very soon.
* The £3 Fare Cap Scheme ends on 31st December 2026.
