Sir William Robertson Academy bus changes from Monday 2nd November 2026
We are introducing revised routes and timetables for services 902, 903 and 904 from Monday 2nd November 2026 in response to increased demand for our services.
Witham St Hughs, in particular, continues to grow at a rapid pace, bringing greater demand for school transport. These changes will help us better match capacity to demand while improving reliability and timekeeping for students travelling to and from Sir William Robertson Academy.
We operate these services commercially, without financial support from the school or local authority. It is therefore essential that we keep them commercially viable while providing sufficient space for all pupils who use them.
We appreciate that changes to routes and journey times may not suit everyone. On any shared school service, some pupils will inevitably be the first to board in the morning or the last to arrive home in the afternoon. We have sought to balance journey times, capacity and the communities served to provide a sustainable service for everyone.
Please check your new timetable carefully before travelling, as morning pick-up and afternoon return times may have changed.
